Items may be returned up to 10 days from receiving the order. We only accept kits in their original packaging with the tamper seal and outer sleeve still attached. If canceling an order that has already been shipped, you will be charged for shipping and handling fees ($15.00).  Please be aware a refund will only be issued once the kit has been received back to AllClear Healthcare.
