Invalid Sample Policy



It is AllClear Healthcare’s policy to not refund the patient when the result is invalid due to failure to comply with the detailed instructions and video included in the kit. AllClear Healthcare will offer a one-time replacement kit for a fee of $50.00. Please contact our customer support team at 617-466-9356 or info@allclearhealthcare.com to confirm new kit request and make payment on the replacement test kit. If you have questions about how to take the breath test, please contact our customer service team.
