Q: How long does it take to receive my test kit in the mail after placing my order?
A: AllClear Healthcare does not ship online orders outside of the continental United States. Orders received on a business day by 1:00 pm EST that are in stock will be shipped that business day.  Orders received after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Any order placed Friday after 1:00 pm EST will ship out Monday. We use USPS as our shipping method. 

Q: When will I receive my results? 

A: Results for your breath test should be available on the same day for in-office tests. For mail-in tests, results will be available the next day after the test is received at our office. Please note, we process tests Monday-Friday during business hours. (Applies for all breath tests).


Q: How will I receive my results?  

A: When your test is complete, the results will be entered into the system, and you will receive an email indicating that you may sign into your account to view your results. 


Q: What format will my result be in? 

A: The results will be presented in a downloadable/printable PDF results summary. The results summary documentation includes your name, date of birth, email, phone number, test type, sample collection method, test result, date and time of sample collection, report generation timestamp, CLIA certificate number, as well as other company details.


Q: Do the results show both hydrogen and methane levels? Will there be interpretation of the results?
A: Our team generates a graphical representation chart of both methane and hydrogen and a sample analysis chart along with how to interpret your results.
