Please send back the tests separately. Once you have tested, send the test back.


Q: When will I receive my results? 

A: Results for your breath test should be available on the same day for in-office tests. For mail-in tests, results will be available the next day after the test is received at our office. (Applies for all breath tests).


Q: How will I receive my results?  

A: When your test is complete, the results will be entered into the system, and your ordering provider will receive an email indicating that your results are available. 


Q: Does results show both hydrogen and methane levels?
A: Yes, we also provide a charted result for practitioner interpretations.

      Each sample vial is designed to store a single breath sample for as long as 2 weeks with minimal loss in sample integrity. Please do not freeze breath tests.
